How can I place an order with Baby Max?
Order via the webshop
You can easily place an order via our webshop.

address, name, delivery address and if need be, your telephone number.
Step 3) Choose a
delivery method. Do you want your order delivered or would you prefer to pick it up at our shop? You can
also choose a pick-up point.
Step 4) Choose a payment method. As soon as the payment has
been made, you will receive an order confirmation from us per email.
Order via Cart2Quote
Simply request a quote via our webshop.
Step 1)
Add the product(s) you want to order by clicking on "add to quote".
Step 2) Fill in your
email address, name and any comments you may have.
Step 3) Click on "submit quote
request".
Step 4) You will receive a tailor-made offer from us within 1-2 working days
per email.
Step 5) If you approve the offer, you will receive a payment link from us per
email. You can then pay in the same way as the payment methods available on our webshop. As soon as the
payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation from us per email.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. You can request a cancellation in two different ways: by phone: 085-0739802 or per email webshop@babymax.nl. It is also possible to return the order as soon it has arrived at your homeadress.

Do I pay shipping costs?
Within Europe, you do not pay any shipping costs on orders above €150. For orders less than €150, the shipping costs can be seen in the checkout. Only for Malta there are also delivery costs above €150
Can i order from a country outside the EU?
Yes, Baby Max ships orders also outside the EU. Shipping costs for countries outside the EU differ from country to country. When you choose the country where you want to ship your order to, the Dutch VAT will be removed and import duties and shipping costs of the respective country will be added in the checkout. So you will not be faced with unexpected additional costs during the delivery of your order. All shipments are fully insured.
Will items in my shopping cart be reserved for me?
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve items.
I have had a disappointing pregnancy. Can I return my order(s)?
Baby Max offers a purchase guarantee. In the event of a disappointing pregnancy, Baby Max will take back all unused items and you will be refunded the amount already paid for these items. The purchase guarantee is valid until the birth of your baby and does not apply to goods that have already been washed. The boxes may have been opened, but the item must be returned in the same box/package.
Do I need an account to order?
You do not need an account to place an order with us. Though we do recommend that you create an account at Baby Max when you want to order something. You can save your details in your account so that they automatically appear at the checkout. Moreover, you will have a handy overview of your order history.
Can I also receive my order at a later date?
Yes, that is possible. You can leave a note in the 'comments' field specifying when you want to receive your order. It is also possible to specify this after ordering, you can then contact the customer service to do this.
