Does it cost me money to submit a warranty claim from abroad?

As long as the product is still under warranty, a repair service or replacement covered by the warranty will be provided to you free of charge. We will send you a replacement for the defective part free of charge. In most cases you will not have to return the defective product to us.

For delivery's of warranty parts to countries outside the EU, there will be delivery costs available.
