Does it cost me money to submit a warranty claim from abroad?

As long as the product is still under warranty, a repair service or replacement covered by the warranty will be provided to you free of charge within the EU. We will send you a replacement for the defective part free of charge. In most cases you will not have to return the defective product to us.

For outside the Eu the delivery costs are 20,- per package/shipment. For example a shipment and return of a loan chassis will costs 80,- euro in total (4 shipments in total)
