How can I place an order with Baby Max?

Order via the webshop
You can easily place an order via our webshop.
Step 1) Place your item(s) in the shopping cart.
Step 2) Please enter your email address, name, delivery address and if need be, your telephone number.
Step 3) Choose a delivery method. Do you want your order delivered or would you prefer to pick it up at our shop? You can also choose a pick-up point.
Step 4) Choose a payment method. As soon as the payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation from us per email.

Order via Cart2Quote
Simply request a quote via our webshop.
Step 1) Add the product(s) you want to order by clicking on "add to quote".
Step 2) Fill in your email address, name and any comments you may have.
Step 3) Click on "submit quote request".
Step 4) You will receive a tailor-made offer from us within 1-2 working days per email.
Step 5) If you approve the offer, you will receive a payment link from us per email. You can then pay in the same way as the payment methods available on our webshop. As soon as the payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation from us per email.

Order via email
It is also possible to place an order via email. Send an email to us at sales@babymax.nl with the products that you would like to order + your name and the delivery address and we will send the order statement to you per email.

It is also possible to place the order by telephone. You can reach us on the following phone number: 085-0739802.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. You can request a cancellation in two different ways: by phone: 085-0739802 or per email:webshop@babymax.nl.

Do I pay shipping costs?

Within Europe, you do not pay any shipping costs on orders above €40. For orders less than €40, the shipping costs can be seen in the checkout.

Shipping costs for countries outside the EU differ from country to country. When you choose the country where you want to ship your order, the Dutch 21% VAT will be deducted. The VAT, import duties and shipping costs of the respective country will be automatically added. So you will not be faced with unexpected additional costs during the delivery of your order.

Will items in my shopping cart be reserved for me?

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve items.

Do I need an account to order?

You do not need an account to place an order with us. Though we do recommend that you create an account at Baby Max when you want to order something. You can save your details in your account so that they automatically appear at the checkout. Moreover, you will have a handy overview of your order history.

Can I also receive my order at a later date?

Yes, that is possible. You can leave a note in the 'comments' field specifying when you want to receive your order. It is also possible to specify this after ordering, you can then contact the customer service to do this.

Can I order from abroad?

Baby Max delivers all over the world. So placing your order from abroad is not a problem at all. To make this as easy as we can for you, we offer a wide range of payment options.

Can I claim back VAT if I live outside the EU?

When you choose the country where you want to ship your order, the Dutch 21% VAT will be deducted. The VAT, import duties and shipping costs of the respective country will be automatically added. So you will not be faced with unexpected additional costs during the delivery of your order.

Are the prices listed on the website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

Our prices on the website always include VAT.

My credit card is not accepted, what can I do now?

That's a real shame to hear. We will gladly help you further.

  1. Please contact your credit card company to find out what went wrong. The credit card company can often find out exactly what the problem is
  2. If the cause cannot be determined, it might well be our fault. Please delete your cookies or try to place the order in different browser.
  3. If this does not work either, then please get in touch with our customer service. We are happy to help you sort things out.

Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take to deliver?

Keep a close eye on our website, the current delivery times are listed on the product page, in your shopping cart and on the order confirmation.

If you want to order several items with different delivery times, everything will be sent to you in one go, as soon as all the items are available in our warehouse. In case you want to receive a partial delivery, then this is also possible in consultation with us.

Which delivery options can I choose from?

When placing your order, you can choose from the following delivery options:

  1. Delivery to home address It is possible to have your order sent to your home address. As soon as your order is ready for shipment it will be sent to the address you have provided.
  2. Pick-up point It is also possible to have your order shipped to a UPS pick-up point. During the checkout process you can choose a UPS pick-up point in your area.
  3. In-store pick up It is also possible to come and collect your order from our shop. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for you.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, that's definitely possible. You can choose a different delivery address when placing your order.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the track and trace of your package(s). You can follow the status of your order here.

My package has been delivered but I haven't received anything?

Have you already checked the track and trace code of your order? With this code you can see where your package is at the moment. It could be that the package has been delivered to the neighbours or to a pick-up point. Do you have any questions about this? Then please contact our customer service.

An item is missing from my order. Will I still receive this?

So sorry to hear that. It sometimes happens that one of your packages might still be on its way. Please contact our customer service and we will gladly look into this for you.

Returns

How can I return my order free of charge?

You want to return your order. then please get in touch with our customer service. You will then receive a return label from us so that you can return the order free of charge.

How much time do I have to return my order?

You can return your order within 100 days after you have received it. This gives you all the time you need to consider your purchase.

Which conditions must my return meet?

You can return your order free of charge within 100 days. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please use transparent tape when returning items.

Can I return discounted items?

Yes definitely, a discounted product is subject to the same terms and conditions for returns as our other products.

I have returned my order. When will I be refunded my purchase sum?

As soon as your package is returned to us we will process it as quickly as possible. If you have already paid for the order, then you will receive a refund within 7 working days to the same account that you used to pay for it.

Warranty

How long does the warranty last on my order?

The warranty period differs per product. You can find the warranty period on the product page of the article. If you cannot find this information then please contact our customer service, we will be happy to look this up for you.

My purchase is damaged or defective. How can I submit a warranty claim?

So sorry to hear that. Please contact our service department as outlined in the steps below.

  1. Please take a clear picture or video of the defect.
  2. Send the photo and/or video together with your order number to service@babymax.nl.
  3. We will contact you within a few days to handle the matter further.
Does it cost me money to submit a warranty claim from abroad?

As long as the product is still under warranty, a repair service or replacement covered by the warranty will be provided to you free of charge. We will send you a replacement for the defective part free of charge. In most cases you will not have to return the defective product to us.

What is the status of my request for service?

Sometimes it can take a while before we receive the right part, or we are waiting for a response from our supplier. Please feel free to contact us at service@babymax.nl. We will gladly look into this for you.

Can I also drop by the shop to submit a warranty claim?

Yes, absolutely, Please contact our customer service to schedule an appointment for this. This way we can make sure that a colleague from the service department is present to help you with the handling of your service request.
